Requirements of the Senior Project Manager This role will involve being a Number one on site for a £160million, RC Frame commercial scheme. Similar experience is essential for this role. The right candidate will be up & coming, motivated and striving for career development. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for; Understanding the contract requirements as per the tender documentation and understanding the key aspects of the project conditions of the contract. Good knowledge of tender pricing structure & strategy, including tender prelims allowance and develop a strategy of work Develop effective and realistic procurement schedule in line with with the Quantity Surveyor. Lead the subcontractor procurement process and ensure subcontractors are appointed in time with programme Complete regular commercial reviews Work closely with the pre-construction team in order to develop the programme, construction methodology and logistical plans. Lead the on site team and ensure that all operatives are trained sufficiently and identify any training needs Point of contact for the client and build a positive working relationship with the client. Ensure daily safety briefings and coordination meetings with subcontractors take place Possess a knowledge and compliance of all relevant H&S legislation as well as the company H&S Policy and individual role responsibilities.
