Customer Service Team Leader Job Location: Poole, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis for a client based in Poole. As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will have previous experience of supervising a team within a phone-based environment as well as being hands on undertaking the day-to-day customer service and order processing. Some of your duties will include: • Leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors and providing all support need to ensure customer service is always delivered to a high standard. • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email and ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are responded to in a correct, timely manner. • Liaising with various departments within the business to ensure orders are being processed, despatched and delivered on time. • Take responsibility for the escalation and follow-up of issues.
