As an Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of our Connected Care products by scheduling pre and post implementation product training for new customers. Bringing great communication and organisation skills, you will work collaboratively with others in the team to provide the best experience for our customers.
This role is for a fixed term period of 6 months.
What you'll do:
* Act as the primary contact for customers to arrange and discuss their training requirements via both email and telephone
* Schedule training sessions with customers and ensure theimplementation process is thoroughly explained and understood
* Book internal trainers based on skillset, location and availability
* Manage the training teams diaries and offer daily support around booking queries
* Raise additional customer orders on internal CRM systems
What you'll bring:
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and a bility to manage and prioritise your own workload
* Previous administration and customerservice experience
* Experience in the care sector is highly desirable
* Experience of using CRM systems and scheduling tools would be highly advantageous
