Key responsibilities: Developing a strategic people, culture and capability enhancement plan in partnership with the CEO and other senior stakeholders. Supporting the management team in driving engagement and fostering a positive work environment. Partnering with the talent acquisition team to ensure a high standard for talent acquisition and retention. Developing a talent plan to attract and retain top talent across all areas of the business. Refining performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture. Building leadership and people manager capability through coaching and influencing. Designing and implementing programmes to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have: Experience in change management and building culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience working within a global business. Strategic mindset and ability to align people initiatives with overall company strategy. Comfortable in a fast paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels. Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
