Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase order
* Attending key customer visits to build and develop strong business relationships
* Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote its products and services
* Managing the preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals, bids, and tenders
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive proposals
* Ensuring each proposal meets customer requirements and aligns with company objectives
* Monitoring and following up on tender processes to secure successful outcomes
* Providing detailed reports and analysis on proposal activities and outcomes
Job Requirements:
* Experience in managing proposals, bids, and tenders within the oil & gas sector
* Strong understanding of the sales process, from enquiry to purchase order
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
* Proficiency in preparing detailed and competitive proposals
* Capability to represent the company at industry events and trade shows
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
