Job Description
Service Administrator
We are seeking a Service Administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This key role involves identifying repair opportunities, preparing quotations, and progressing customer orders.
Responsibilities
1. Issue quotations supporting insurance reports and defective units.
2. Create accurate quotations in line with company standards.
3. Generate sufficient quote volume to meet order and profitability targets.
4. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure understanding of quotations.
5. Achieve repair targets set by the Regional Director.
6. Manage customer expectations regarding services.
7. Support regional office administrative functions, including handling calls.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines, and skills in estimating, sales, and building customer relationships. Excellent communication, IT, and interpersonal skills are essential.
