Purpose of the role:
As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the 19th Hole.
You will support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, your goal will be to deliver excellent levels of service and create memorable experiences for our members.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome members and guests in a polite and helpful manner.
* Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to achieve service excellence.
* Motivate, engage, and support team members to fulfil their potential.
* Deputise for the manager in their absence.

* Experience in a similar environment
* Previous experience managing large teams in a busy environment
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Knowledge of licensing laws
* Excellent communication skills
