The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Programme Leader in Health. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the development of our health curriculum, delivering high-quality, inclusive education to aspiring professionals in the healthcare sector with a particular focus on teaching and delivering our T Level Health provision.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the Health, Education and Science team, your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing a health-related programme, including curriculum design, delivery, and quality assurance.
* Delivering engaging and inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment to a high standard.
* Coordinating day-to-day course operations and supporting professional development within the team.
* Monitoring student progress and success through effective tracking and use of college systems.
* Supporting student recruitment through interviews, Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG), Open Days, and other events.
* Contributing to the academic community through professional practice, scholarship, or research.
