An opportunity has arisen for a resourceful administrative support assistant to join the Post 16 Education, Employment and Training (EET) Service. We are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
You will need to have good and accurate literacy and numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate excellent IT and problem-solving skills. As you’ll be engaging with a variety of different stakeholders, it’s important you have excellent customer service and communication skills and can work on your own initiative. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload are also key for this role and you should be able to work under pressure at times to meet deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
The Post 16 EET Service manages a range of functions to support post 16 learners to engage in education, employment and training - you will be key in supporting the wide range of work and exciting projects underway in the team. You will also work closely with the Post 16 EET Service Manager by assisting with diary management, arranging and minuting meetings. Fully integrating yourself in the team, you'll be the go-to person to ensure an efficient and effective administrative support service is delivered.
