Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer role to join the Organisational Development & Culture Centre of Excellence within the HR function at LTHT, contributing to the delivery and achievement of our strategic people priorities and specialising in the areas of organisational transformation, development, inclusive culture, and employee engagement.
As a member of the OD&C team, you will take a lead in the management, production, and co-ordination of the metrics within the department which provide a valuable resource to manage the work undertaken across the Centre of Excellence, including Induction, Appraisal, Mandatory Training, Apprenticeships, Learning and Organisational Development. Your role will support the governance structure of meetings, include minute taking, working alongside colleagues to ensure that all work is carried out effectively, efficiently and in compliance with trust policies, procedures, good practice guidance.
Main duties of the job
You will provide effective project support to enable the outcomes of the OD&C strategic direction to be realised, managing competing priorities and ensuring consistency of approach with a key focus on delivery and quality.

You will work with a range of stakeholders including function leads, HR colleagues and subject matter experts.
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
* Communicating and engaging with stakeholders effectively, at all levels
* Experience of contributing towards governance structures, including minute taking, action tracker management, agenda setting.
* Experience in creating and implementing improvement projects and new ways of working
* Ability in the analysis, interpretation and presentation of data
* Ability to plan, allocate, review, and evaluate your own workload
* Ability and experience of adapting and reacting within a changing and fast paced environment.

* Management or Business focussed degree or equivalent gained by experience and training
* Project Management (Prince2) or equivalent work experience

* Experience of supporting a variety of projects or a number of workstreams within a major project relating to transformation and service improvement.
