The Role You will: create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests; ensure steps of service and service standards are maintained at all times; use your excellent product knowledge to advise guests on our food and beverage menus; process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, clearly communicating with kitchen team on any specific guest requirements i.e. allergens; and assist in restaurant opening and close down procedures, as required About You You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience.
