About The Role
As a Graduate Service Quality Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how our systems and processes integrate to ensure we deliver high-quality care and remain fully compliant with all regulations. You will receive comprehensive training to advance to an executive-level role focused on service quality assurance. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow and develop their skills. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with our innovation team in exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions across the organisation.
Reports to: Service Quality Director/Co-Chief Operating Officer/Head of Governance
Key duties and responsibilities
* Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
* Support the implementation of service quality initiatives and improvement plans.
* Work with care home managers to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
* Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
* Help prepare homes for inspections and audits.
* Investigate concerns, incidents, or complaints and assist in implementing preventative measures.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and contribute to continuous service development.
* Collaborate with teams to identify key performance metrics and integrate them into innovative AI solutions.
Skills and attributes
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* An interest in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations (desirable but not essential).
Education and qualification
* A recent graduate with a degree in healthcare management, social care, nursing, or a related field.

* Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
