Main duties of the job
Cranbrook Primary Care Network wishes torecruit up to 2 WTE Paramedics tojoin our multi-disciplinary team. Thepost-holder will work autonomously alongside the GP Practices in the PCN, acutecare teams and within the community at an advanced level of practice, usingtheir enhanced clinical assessment and treatment skills, to provide first pointof contact for patients presenting with undiagnosed problems, supporting therapid assessment of same-day presentations.
There is a strong focus on teamwork asthe paramedic role is the key interface between General Practice and communityservices such as care homes, social services and community nursing teams.
The successful candidatewould be an experienced paramedic with additional post-graduate study at Level7 from an accredited UK university and will be registered with the HCPC collegeof paramedics.
