We’re looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to join our organisation.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 36 hours per week and offering a salary in the range of circa £64k per annum, depending on experience. You’ll also have the option to work a 9-day fortnight – have a day off every other week.
What you'll do
Provide strategic financial insights and foster collaboration across the business to ensure that leaders have the accurate, timely, and relevant information needed to make informed decisions.
Support financial stability and effective decision making by building strong relationships, enhancing the flow of information, improving financial reporting, and ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
Model excellence in service delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations, while supporting the organisation's objectives.
Manage the performance of the Finance Business Partner team.
Lead the preparation and production of the statutory financial statements.
What you'll need
We ask that you are a CCAB qualified Accountant with at least three years of qualified experience or equivalent who can bring extensive experience of preparing statutory accounts and developing practice from the regulatory framework of accounting.
You'll ideally have experience of successful business partnering and be ready to use your skills and knowledge to lead a successful team of Business Partners. You will have excellent MS Office Skills, specifically an advanced Excel user, accustomed to working with large datasets and complex spreadsheets, and a clear vision for how financial reporting can add value and help drive transformational change across an organisation.
