Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a HR Advisor working 40 hours per week to cover maternity leave until November 2025, located in Kingston Upon Hull.
As our HR Advisor you will work as an integral part of the HR team to provide operational support to line managers and employees. You will be our go-to person for coordinating all aspects of recruitment activity from initial attraction to onboarding new employees and giving them a great welcome to the company. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing people-related data for the business to help drive decisions and be proactive in our HR offer.
Qualifications / Experience

* Experience supporting managers with people-related practices, coordinating recruitment processes, and analyzing data to help drive people decisions.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong organization and administration skills.
* CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable.
* Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Hours of Work
* Mon - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm
* Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm
