Main Purpose of the Role

As part of a team, you will perform maintenance tasks throughout the Kinross area such as street sweeping, refuse and litter collection. Other tasks may include clearing litter, dirt, leaves, and weeds, as well as any other Environment Service duties as directed. Duties may also involve providing cover at civic amenity sites and for refuse collection loading as requested by supervisory staff.
These duties will require the use and operation of the usual range of associated tools and equipment.
The working pattern is 36 hours per week: Tuesday to Friday 07:30hrs – 17:00hrs.
Skills & Experience Required
You must be able to carry out the physical demands of the post and communicate effectively with team members and the public. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
