Executive Assistant – Private Equity & Real Estate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-performing team within the Private Equity and Real Estate sector. This role will provide support from Partner to Director level and requires a candidate who is confident, highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Complex diary management across multiple time zones
– International travel coordination, including visas and detailed itineraries
– Preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
– Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for senior stakeholders
– Processing and reconciling expenses and handling general administration
– Providing support on team projects and wider business initiatives
Skills & Experience Required:
– Previous experience supporting senior leadership within a corporate environment
– Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong relationship-building skills with a professional and discreet approach
– Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms
