Job summary Templer Ward is a 30 bedded in patient ward within Newton Abbot community Hospital. 20 beds provide care to specialist stroke and neuro rehabilitation patients following treatment in an acute hospital setting. The other 10 beds are for patients requiring general medical care and rehabilitation. Joining our team on a permanent full time contract, you will be working within a proactive multidisciplinary team to encourage patients to reach the maximum rehabilitation potential to enable safe discharge from hospital.
