Maintenance Engineer £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Permanent Position 6am - 2pm rotating to 2pm - 10pm Based in Birmingham Manufacturing and production background an advantage Details for a Maintenance Engineer Maintain and Improve availability targets for key performance equipment. Previous Maintenance Engineer experience required Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity to within agreed targets, to be individually agreed per WorkCentre (TBA) Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e. SMED) Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities relating to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction.
