Job Description
We are looking for a diligent, hardworking, detail-oriented person to join the Emilia Wickstead team.
This job would suit a recent graduate with some intern or placement experience or someone at the start of their fashion production career.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day assistance to the senior garment technologists
2. Preparing production PPS packs
3. Manage and take ownership of the SMS / PPS / pattern card set tracker process
4. Keep a record of all PPS launched and log them in Zedonk. Basic Zedonk training will be given.
5. Work closely with the Production Team to ensure key dates on the Critical Path are met
6. Participate in weekly size 12 PP fittings, working together with garment technologists and pattern cutters to ensure the EW quality, fit, and construction standards are met.
7. Organising couriers and ensuring all PPS are collected and delivered to head office in time ahead of fittings
8. Measuring PPS ahead of weekly fittings
9. Comfortable visiting our London factories for weekly seasonal QC, with the possibility of travel to European factories
10. Supporting Production Director as and when required
11. Launching fuse tests with fusing suppliers at the start of the sampling season
12. Other ad hoc responsibilities

9. Strong communication skills - able to be confident in talking and explaining to internal and external contacts
10. Team player willing to help in other areas of the business when required during Fashion Week
