Making sure that patients are at the centre. To support development of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), in collaboration with a wide range of system and local partners. To act on behalf of FedBucks on current and future primary care service contracts, such as Enhanced Access, and support with service reporting as per requirements from relevant statutory bodies (e.g. ICB/CCG/ NHSE). Working closely with the FedBucks management team to deliver the objectives of the organisation. To liaise with, develop and maintain strong and open working relationships with the practices, local PCNs, Buckinghamshire ICB, secondary care providers and other outside agencies as required. We are looking for someone who has had previous experience of managing a team in a NHS, who is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and enthusiasm with good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
