I am currently working with a well-established powered access business that is showing signs of significant growth within the UK. The company is now looking for a Service Manager who will work very closely with the Operations Manager as well as the MD.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Workshop, Field Service Engineers, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Empower the team to deliver Company Objectives, Financial targets, and Departmental initiatives to deliver growth and improved customer service.
* Embrace the introduction of CRM to better use customer contact data to support our growth initiatives.
* Day-to-day management and timely delivery of special projects & product recalls.
* Work with the Operations Director to ensure all communication regarding service bulletins is handled consistently and professionally, involving all company stakeholders where necessary.
Requirements of Role:
* Previous service experience with comprehensive industrial knowledge.
* An experienced Manager who can balance managing a team whilst hitting personal objectives.
* A strong, self-motivated individual and creative problem solver.
* Ability to maximize performance and overcome challenges.
The role will be based out of Huntingdon – Monday to Friday.
