Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver a positive experience for customers. Manage staff schedules and handle shift planning to ensure adequate staffing at all times. Support in inventory management, ordering, and restocking supplies to avoid shortages. Help develop new drink menus, specials, and promotional events to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Monitor and uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Address and resolve any guest complaints or staff issues in a professional manner. Contribute to monthly reporting on bar performance, sales, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in bar management or a supervisory role in a high-volume hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and current trends in the beverage industry. Excellent leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate a team. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficient in inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work hours as per business requirements, which will include weekends, evenings and may include bank holidays.
