1) To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial, clerical & administrative functions to the Emergency Care Matron team, to co-ordinate administrative functions to ensure all tasks are carried out within agreed timescales. 2) Post holder is required to work with a degree of autonomy on a variety of tasks, prioritising own workload on a day to day basis. 3) To support the Emergency Care Matron team as required on team events and study days; including, booking venues, assisting in collating relevant paperwork and presentations. 4) To organise meetings; including room bookings, Microsoft Teams meetings, liaising with chair in preparation of agendas, taking, typing and distribution of minutes/notes.5) To support the team in communicating with divisional personal assistants and Human Resources to track ESRs to facilitate timely recruitment and establishment detail.
