Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the setup of the learning environment. Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. Facilitate social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold at least a TA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
