Job Role and Responsibilities
1. Professional management of a portfolio of customer accounts to meet and exceed budgeted volume and value sales
2. Increase distribution of our portfolio and grow rate of sale within a large and diverse customer base, developing robust JBPs/JMPs
3. Differentiate our brands by creating and executing innovative in-outlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of our brands
4. Build and develop relationships with key customers and groups within your territory, becoming the go-to supplier
5. Train and educate in outlet team members to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails, delivering increase ROS
6. Proactively seek out new business opportunities to grow your on-trade customer base
7. Understand and deliver insight to the business on weekly and monthly customer performance, drive action from this and deliver incremental growth
