The Role:
1. Handling incoming enquiries from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
2. Processing sales orders
3. Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
4. Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
5. Handling sample requests
6. Ensuring accurate customer records on the company database
Skills / Experience Required:
1. Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent sales & customer support skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Proficient user of MS Packages including Word & Excel
The Package:
1. Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
2. £25,000 - £27,000
