The Role:
5. Handling incoming enquires from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
6. Processing sales orders
7. Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
8. Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
9. Handling sample requests
10. Ensuring accurate customers records on the company database
Skills / experience required:
11. Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
12. Excellent sales & customer support skills
13. Strong attention to detail
14. Proficient user of MS Packages including Word & Excel
The Package:
15. Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
16. £25,000 - £27,000
