Teaching Personnel have an amazing opportunity to work with a Secondary school based in High Wycombe. The school are looking for a passionate teacher to join there team. The school support approximately 20 pupils to ensure that they can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The school consists of a core team of the Head of School, three teachers, and three support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with a number of schools across our group.
About you:
* Teachers – to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS
* Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
* Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care.
* Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies
* A commitment to holistic student development
* Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it
* Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives
