Mae Cyngor Conwy yn chwilio am unigolyn â hunan-gymhelliant i gefnogi adran yr Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau drwy gynorthwyo i ddatblygu systemau rheoli gwybodaeth yr adran ac i sicrhau bod data a chofnodion cynhwysfawr yn ymwneud â’r gwasanaeth yn cael eu cadw.
Bydd y prif ddyletswyddau'n cynnwys:
• Cynorthwyo i gydlynu’r gwaith o osod a chefnogi system reoli asedau’r adran ar draws Adran Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau CBSC a Gwasanaethau Priffyrdd ac Amgylcheddol Cyngor Sir Ddinbych.
• Hwyluso a darparu cefnogaeth ar reoli prosiect.
• Darparu cefnogaeth dechnegol, hyfforddiant a chyngor i ddefnyddwyr system reoli asedau Symology.
• Cynorthwyo i ddatblygu adroddiadau technegol yn ymwneud â rheoli asedau.
Rhaid i ymgeiswyr feddu ar sgiliau TG ardderchog gyda phrofiad a gwybodaeth eang o gefnogi systemau TG. Mae gwybodaeth gryf a phrofiad o reoli prosiectau yn hanfodol. Bydd gwybodaeth o reoli asedau a phrofiad o ddefnyddio GIS yn cael ei ystyried yn fanteisiol.
Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

Work base: Coed Pella
Conwy Council is looking for a self-motivated individual to support the Environment, Roads and Facilities Department in assisting with the development of the department’s information management systems and to ensure that comprehensive data and records relating to the service are maintained.
Principal duties will include:
• To assist in co-ordinating the implementation and support of the department’s Asset management system across CCBC Environment Roads and Facilities Department and DCC’s Highway and Environmental Services.
• To facilitate and provide project management support
• Provide technical support, training and advice to users of the Symology asset management system.
• To assist in the development of technical reports in relation to asset management.
Candidates must have excellent IT skills with broad experience and knowledge of supporting IT systems. Strong knowledge and experience in project management is essential. Knowledge of Asset management and experience in the application of GIS will be considered advantageous.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
