Job summary
HCRG Care Group is a well-established and regarded provider of NHS services, set to grow significantly in 2025.
We are looking for fixed-term resource to assist us in delivering large scale change. As part of a multidisciplinary mobilisation team and under the direction of the Head of Clinical Systems, the Clinical Systems Analyst will be required to work with health services to understand and document current operational processes for transferring services.
The postholder will be able to draw from an experienced team to support the delivery of these. Mobilising multiple services from multiple incumbent providers is often complex and a time of high stress for impacted parties, therefore the postholder is expected to always display a calm and efficient manner, have exceptional communication skills, and be attuned to the needs of stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare system/digital deployments or large-scale system change is essential.
Base
This role offers hybrid working between remote & regular travel to our regional offices.
Main duties of the job
* Using industry standard tools and techniques, identify, analyse and communicate complex operational processes, ensuring that minimal end-user impact is built in to change plans by design.
* Manage project issues and risks ensuring that mitigations are in place and escalating risks outside of tolerance, tracking issues through to resolution.
* Ensure a robust governance structure is in place for all decision making including appropriate sign off as necessary by clinical safety, quality, analytics, performance, and operations as required.
* Represent Clinical Systems service line and input specialist knowledge into mobilisation meetings, events, and outputs as directed by Clinical Systems Project Managers.
* Deputise for the Workstream Lead, leading workstream meetings with incumbent provider representation, providing agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Review current and design new data and operational flows as required to ensure optimum efficiencies, operational practices, and appropriate information sharing.
* Obtain a full and detailed understanding of current operational processes, co-design new ways of working with operational leads and reflect in system design, configuration, and training.
* Complete detailed analysis of performance metrics and reflect in system design, configuration, and training.
* Collect key information required for other workstreams including content for configuration teams, applications, and access methods for networks etc.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
* Significant experience (3+ years) in Business Analysis.
* BA Qualification e.g. ISEB Business Analysis.
* An excellent understanding of information governance and record keeping principles, relating to health and special category data.
Desirable
* Knowledge of at least one of the following; TPP SystmOne, Sexual Health and/or Sexual Health systems, EMIS Web.
* Project Management experience/qualifications.
* Software Development and Delivery Principles including Agile.
