The role:
As Senior Brand & Content Lead, you will play a pivotal role as both a brand custodian and a driver of our product marketing and content strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints, creating compelling and engaging content and marketing campaigns that drive appeal, excitement & clarity of the Noli proposition and amplify our brand narrative to drive growth. Socially native, creative, with a passion for Beauty & an ability to create content, you will work as part of a lean, dynamic marketing team in London, shaping our brand identity, executing product marketing strategies and delivering a cohesive, inspiring customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Brand Consistency: Custodian of Noli brand guidelines, ensuring consistent execution, communication, messaging & tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints (with all teams & external partners adhering to them in all creative output).
2. Brand Positioning: Development and amplification of brand narrative across earned media channels specifically (incl. providing brand guidelines for influencer & UGC content).
3. Product Marketing: Define target audiences, craft compelling product narratives & highlight unique selling points to appeal to target audience across digital and social channels, and develop go-to-market strategy for each product launch and release.
4. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Noli, to be leveraged across key marketing channels (incl use of content onsite, in CRM & on social channels).
5. Content Creation: Oversee Noli Content Studio in producing high-quality, engaging & compelling content for use across all marketing touchpoints, that connects with target users, showcases Noli’s USP & brand personality, and delivers a better online beauty experience for users. Graphic design proficiency required.
6. Social calendar: Work collaboratively with PR, Social & Community Lead to activate day-to-day management of all owned Noli social channels via engaging content calendar, scheduling social media posts, campaigns, and promotions to support product launches, campaigns and key moments.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing & Commercial teams to facilitate content needs for all activation and ensure brand consistency and cohesive customer experience, including collaboration with SEO Lead to optimise & enrich high priority content onsite.
8. Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns in alignment with Performance Marketing lead.
9. Market Analysis: Close attention to ongoing competitive landscape and consumer trends, to inform product and marketing strategies, circulating with wider venture team.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in product marketing, brand or content management, within beauty or e-commerce.
2. A growth-hacking attitude with a focus on innovative activation ideas to manage and grow a brand’s presence across channels, to cut-through & drive customer acquisition & retention.
3. Ability to shoot, edit & design content with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
4. Strong storytelling ability with background in developing content that drives engagement & strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and activation best practices.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment, with agility to ideate & mobilise wider brand team with latest trends.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
7. A passion for e-commerce, digital marketing & brand storytelling and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
