APT and Travelmarvel UK are seeking a new role as Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Central London. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our consumer and trade events across the UK. In this role, you will be working independently to deliver high-quality functions while collaborating closely with other departments. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to bring energy, creativity, and drive to succeed in this role. This role has a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our London office and 3 days working remotely from home, with the flexibility to travel across the UK for events as required. Responsibilities Plan and execute events from start to finish, including budgeting, venue selection and supplier management Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, and onsite management Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other event partners Create event timelines and schedules, and ensure all deadlines are met Support event registration and ticketing processes, collaborating closely on event promotion with our Sales and Marketing teams Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead in planning and executing a variety of events, including: Consumer Events : From concept to completion, you will organise engaging events across the country that inspire and excite potential travellers. Trade Events : Build strong relationships with our travel agent partners through flawless event execution. Company Functions : Plan and deliver memorable internal events like our annual Christmas and summer parties.
