Car Sales Customer Retention Specialist Required
£25,000 - £27,000 basic salary + Bonus

Our client is currently looking for a professional and proactive Retention / Renewals Specialist for their dealership in the Truro area.
With amazing sales staff and a superb aftersales department, our client is passionate about providing exemplary customer care. Working as a team, we strive to achieve exceptional standards in this area, placing a strong emphasis on customer service, honesty, and transparency.
Our client is currently expanding their sales team and is looking for an experienced Customer Retention / Vehicle Renewals Sales Executive to join them!
This is a newly developed role and will be yours to shape and manage yourself; the sky really is the limit.
The successful Customer Retention Executive candidate will be joining a talented, target-driven team, where they will receive ongoing training and development. Our Retention Telesales Executive will also receive a competitive base salary plus an attractive target-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Retention Specialist:
1. Work in a fast-paced environment to make outbound retention calls to existing customers.
2. Manage the inquiry and sales diary, speaking with customers with a view to upgrade their vehicle.
3. Build customer loyalty by following up on customer calls.
4. Promote certain financial products and services.
5. Remain compliant and in line with FCA regulations (Training can be provided if required).
6. Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases (training will be provided).
7. Process and update customer information to maintain accurate customer data at all times.
Key Requirements for the Customer Retention Specialist:
1. Must be driven to hit and exceed targets.
2. Able to work in a team environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to understand, anticipate, and ultimately meet customer needs.
5. Possess high energy and enthusiasm with an ability to think outside the box.
6. Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential; our client would love to hear from telesales / call centre operatives.
This Customer Retention Executive position is a full-time position working usual retail sales hours (Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week - No Sundays!).
