Unleash your superpower and bring energy to life. National Grid is hiring Project Support Officers for our Strategic Infrastructure (SI) Team based in the Midlands and North East of England. About The Role In this role you will be providing support to our project teams throughout the contract management process. This will include managing change control and contract variations as we as preparing communication documentation and off the back of this inputting the data into systems and logs accordingly. What You'll Do Process and progress change requests from Contractors and National Grid. Produce, process and progress all necessary contractual instruction documentation, to include, but not limited to; PMI, Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices, and Risk Draw Down notices. Support the regular contractual audit processes where required Ensure all data logs and systems for contract management records are accurately maintained at all times Support the Customer Connections team with Purchase Order requisitions. Provide other contractual administrative support where required About You Good stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams quickly Experience of successful project delivery. Awareness of: Construction contract environment, including awareness of NEC3 terms of conditions, Contract management, Finance reporting, Programme & Change Management Experience of working in a contractual or commercial environment.
