About the role:
Activate Learning is recruiting a Faculty Coordinator to support our Faculty Managers at Guildford College. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our faculties, including:
* Arranging meetings, managing agendas, and issuing reminders for important tasks
* Coordinating activities, open days, and award ceremonies
* Supporting timetabling, preparing and maintaining registers
* Organising student files and recording progress
The Faculty Coordinator will be student-facing, supporting inquiries from students and teachers, and proactively improving processes to enhance the student experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position at 37 hours per week on the Guildford College campus.
Qualifications and skills for success:
* GCSE Maths and English
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
* Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
