The Sales administration team play a pivotal role in ensuring all Truck sales customers documentation and details are administered efficiently and accurately and systems are kept up to date to enhance relationships both internally and externally. The job: Automotive Service Administrator You will be an important part of the Vehicle Sales team and be an excellent team player. You will ensure the dealership's sales department records and systems are maintained accurately and comprehensively. manage inventory records and track the status of truck orders from initial purchase to delivery. This includes updating systems, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers as necessary. Ensure seamless integration between the dealership's systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor. Process all transactions and maintain records with precision and clarity. Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records to ensure accuracy. Provide a consistently professional and welcoming reception for all visitors. Promptly address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager. Maintain accurate service department records and systems. Maintain the interface between dealership systems and those of the manufacturer/distributor. Ensure all outgoing sales correspondence is dispatched promptly. Handle telephone enquiries efficiently Demonstrate experience in handling administrative processes and paperwork. Possess a working knowledge of manufacturer systems and dealership documentation requirements, with prior experience in systems such as Kerridge or VSB being essential. Conduct all transactions with precision and maintain clear records. Uphold a consistently professional and courteous welcome for all visitors. Enhance the reputation of the business during interactions with others. File completed invoiced job card histories and conduct annual archiving of job cards.
