The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Compleo Health’s growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue. You will work closely with key stakeholders, develop long-term partnerships, and lead strategic initiatives that align with our mission to improve patient care through high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying Growth Opportunities – Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
* Revenue Growth – Drive initiatives to secure new business, partnerships, and contracts that contribute to sustainable financial success.
* Strategic Planning & Project Management – Develop and implement business strategies that align with long-term company objectives.
* Partnerships & Account Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
* Market Analysis & Intelligence – Provide insights on healthcare trends, procurement processes, and policy developments that impact our sector.
* Cross-functional Leadership – Work closely with operations, marketing, and commercial teams to execute business initiatives effectively.
* Deal Structuring & Negotiation – Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and CRM database management.
* Networking & Industry Engagement – Represent Compleo Health at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, staying ahead of industry developments.
Financial & Professional Responsibilities
* Revenue & Budget Management – Achieve revenue targets, monitor pricing structures, and ensure cost efficiency.
* Compliance & Quality Standards – Adhere to ISO 9001 requirements and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Professional Development – Maintain mandatory training, engage in continuous professional development (CPD), and stay up to date with industry best practices.

* Knowledge of NHS and public sector procurement processes.

* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Experience in mobile imaging services.
* Degree educated in a healthcare discipline.
