Electrical Fitter
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000
Benefits: Overtime, pension, holidays
Location: Knutsford
Working Hours: 4 DAYS PER WEEK
My client, a market leader within their sector, is looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join the team. This role will involve the breakdown, assembly, testing & commissioning of capital machinery. This opportunity offers an excellent technical challenge, along with long-term stability and clear routes for progression.
Role Description
1. Assist the production team in building capital machinery
2. Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
3. Work cross-functionally with design and technical teams on build issues to produce a superior product
4. Working with electrical drawings
5. Actively assist in continuous improvement and standardisation projects and processes
Skills and Qualifications
1. Minimum Level 3 Electrical Engineering - Time served
2. Experience using Electrical Engineering processes in assembly and fitting
3. Strong experience working in a manufacturing/assembly environment
4. Experience working to engineering drawings
5. Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred
