Job summary Medicines Management Assistant Band 3 - Permanent 37.5 hours per week An opportunity has arisen for a Medicines Management Assistant within our Pharmacy Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual looking for a new challenge to join our Pharmacy team as a Medicines Management Assistant An NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services is desirable (or equivalent experience), however, not essential and full training will be provided to complete the NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services Experience of working in a busy Hospital Pharmacy is desirable but not essential. Main duties of the job To support Technicians and Pharmacists in Medicine at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (T&G ICNHSFT), to provide Medicines Management services. The post holder will work under the supervision of a Pharmacy Technician to assist in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients within the Trust through the provision of a safe, efficient and cost effective medicines management programme.
