* General administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
* Answering telephones and supporting customers with inquiries
* Diary management and booking appointments
* Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, directing customers to relevant team members and departments
* Managing and responding to emails efficiently
* Upselling properties and referring leads to the appropriate agents
* Providing personalised support and guidance to clients throughout their real estate transactions
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
* Collaborating with agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions
* Utilising advanced CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and follow-ups
