The salary for this role is starting at £34,750 PA dependent on skills and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Homes Customer Journey & Governance Team as our new MI Specialist. You will be working in a small team, collaboratively, with stakeholders from across the Homes business to provide and develop our existing, reporting and MI output.

You will be joining the Homes Customer Journey team which consists of 6 x Customer Journey Analysts, 1 x Thematic Review analyst and 1 x Quality MI specialist. We are focused on becoming a data led customer journey team producing key MI to report trends and identify change. We support the 1st line assurance teams across homes with data and quality assurance reporting. We work with all key stakeholders across homes finance, Vulnerable customer team and the MI teams. Our core role is to become data obsessed supporting customers getting good outcomes in line with Consumer duty.

What Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for providing accurate MI and Governance for Line 1A, Line 1B Quality Assurance, Training and Competency across the Homes business, supporting the Societies 3 lines of defence model.
Other key aspects:
12. Maintaining Workday and QA systems that identify, select and undertake checks
13. Building, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards
14. Utilising data from customer journeys to build relevant frameworks and cascade to teams and key stakeholders
15. Accurately and timely reporting of QA and Customer Journey results to business areas
16. Identifying and support implementation of MI process improvements
17. Engaging with DI and other key stakeholders
18. Understanding Consumer Duty with the ability to highlight to report against the four outcomes
What Do We Need From You?
The ideal candidate will be able to:
19. Use SQL to create Power BI dashboards
20. Adapt to changing regulatory and business requirements
21. Interpret and present key data, information and insight tailored to each stakeholder, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
22. Able to consider differing points of view with assertive decision-making
The ideal candidate will have:
23. Knowledge of FCA requirements including MCOB, Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, Vulnerability and DISP
24. Experience in Microsoft 365 Packages inc. word, PowerPoint, excel, Power BI
25. A good understanding of external Mortgage activities
26. An understanding of the three lines of defence and risk
27. Experience of working towards deadlines, prioritising workloads, and providing MI to specific target audiences
28. Experience of successfully identifying and implementing process and business improvements
29. Experience of data reporting from QA systems
