Creating a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff to meet the needs of all pupils. Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's development. Contributing to the wider school community and participating in staff meetings and training. Requirements: UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly in a Reception class. A nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
