Job Description
We are currently representing an international charity who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on an initial 12-month FTC, with a view to the position turning permanent.
This is a full-time position for 35 hours pw, paying £55,000 and will be on a hybrid basis, with 2/3 days pw working from home and the rest in their offices in Warwickshire.
They are looking for a strong HR generalist, confident in leading HR projects and process/policy improvements and coaching stakeholders.
Duties will include:
* Providing a broad and varied HR advisory service to UK operational staff, ensuring alignment to a wider global organisational strategy.
* Partnering, coaching and supporting managers within the UK office on a wide range of day-to-day people matters, developing structures and strategies to support them.
* Advising line managers with end-to-end recruitment campaigns and assisting with and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters.
* Handling ER casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.
* Leading reviews of HR policies and driving process improvements.
* Overseeing the work of the People and Culture Coordinators providing coaching and support to aid their professional development.
* Updating and maintaining salary, grading and job evaluation structures and processes that will support attraction and retention.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Strong previous experience within generalist HR operations.
* Experience working within HR projects.
* Competent handling ER casework.
* Comfortable in dealing with HR administration as required.
Working hours:
* 35 hours per week.
* 9-5 daily hours (flexible).
