Given that Lloyds Bank Merchant Services works with a range of customer segments across SME to enterprise, vertical sectors and diverse products, delivering integrated campaigns is needed to bring more focus to our marketing. This role will bring a more connected and structured effort to our marketing strategy enabling us to be product focused, customer centric and demand generation led. Job Description JOB TITLE: Integrated Campaigns Manager (12-Month FTC) LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £57,546 - £63,940 HOURS: Full Time DURATION: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the Bristol office. About this opportunity This is a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract role to cover maternity and based in our Bristol Harbourside offices. The campaign manager will be responsible for managing the campaign marketing and content initiatives for Lloyds Bank Merchant services; helping to accelerate business growth by executing key integrated campaigns across the business. This person will work closely with product marketing managers, segment marketing managers and the demand generation teams and serve as an interface between the brand and GTM marketing team for Merchant services. As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for: Setting up and running of the Merchant services campaign strategy and execution Delivering a set of carefully choreographed activities with a focused set of integrated campaign deliverables to support major product launches, strategic marketing initiatives, content development and creation, and more. Ability to understand and execute multi-channel campaigns including through digital, press, social, 121, events, and webinars, with a strong understanding of designing inbound campaigns. Develop content marketing (blog, articles, infographics, social cards, success stories) and lead nurturing assets. Manage internal and external agencies to create and manage the production of compelling campaign materials that broaden our reach across the UK. Proven understanding of payments and merchant services will be an added advantage. Ability to manage budget and measure campaign success. Be the brand champion for the business and ensure all output is on brand. What you'll need Relevant experience in B2B marketing with experience in payments and fintech an added advantage Strong expertise in creating integrated campaigns with proven results. Content writing skills with proficiency in English is essential. Proven expertise in digital marketing is essential. Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand and learn complex subjects is essential. Ability to work with a matrix reporting structure.
