We are looking for a permanent Highly Specialist Paediatric MSK Physiotherapist to join our Community Children's Therapy Team in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow and Epping Forest, to help us continue to change things for the better. Therapy will be delivered in clinic, at a number of locations in West Essex between Monday - Friday 9am-5pm however we are flexible with these times and offer hybrid working options. You'll be involved in supervision of colleagues and improving the delivery of services, whilst working closely with our team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants. Working in a diverse multidisciplinary team with other dedicated staff, you will benefit from the support of friendly and inclusive colleagues, with access to regular supervision and team meetings. To review referral rates, caseloads and waiting list in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Team lead. Liasing with referers and GP's on discharge Lead and Participate in training programmes within Team. The Ideal CandidateYou will be a qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration and have experience of working with children and young people with MSK conditions. You will be innovative and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly across specialities as needs arise and a passion for improving the outcomes of children and young people within the local community. With strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach you will ensure delivery of positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
