As a Finance Manager on a 12-month FTC, you'll ensure the revenue transactions for the UK, ROI, and Netherlands stores are seamless. You'll play a key role in our accounting system, ensuring transactions are correctly accounted for and analyzing data to review the impact of any missed or problematic transactions.
As our reconciliation guru, you'll manage balance sheet and bank accounts, supporting our revenue and cash processes. You'll also ensure store-to-store and Support Office recharges are processed accurately and on time. Leading a team of analysts and team leaders, you'll implement top-notch controls and processes, and your team will be known for achieving business targets and deadlines with accuracy. Creating a people-centric environment, you'll lead the team with a clear career development direction.
Your mission is to ensure revenue transactions are processed quickly and aim for a daily, automated system. You'll streamline recharge processes, driving improvement and standardization. You'll dive into data, ensuring actions align with company policies, including root cause analysis where required. By reviewing KPIs, statistics, and data, you'll make informed decisions to boost performance and refine processes. You'll work closely with the financial controller to leverage current technology, improving and streamlining processes.
We're looking for someone ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or nearly there) with a solid understanding of finance processes, controls, and accounting standards. If you've got experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring, and you're great at influencing key stakeholders and driving change, we want to hear from you.
