Teaching Personnel works with a Primary provision in the West of Bristol where they encourage students onto a positive path by the guidance of their supportive staff. This teaching position is for an Art Teacher who can inspire a classroom of 6-8 children to lean into their creative side and express themselves in a colourful way.
This role is open to ECT's and for experienced teachers who want to change working in mainstream settings where they struggle to build relationships with the children due to the volume of students, or for those who have great experience working with SEN or SEMH children.

- Hours: full- time, 8:15 - 3:45
Requirements:
- Be an ECT or fully qualified Teacher
- Be enthusiastic and able to engage children in their learning.
- Confident de-escalating challenging behaviour, adaptable and resilient in challenging environments
- Has experience working with SEN or SEMH children as the pupils have complex needs and display challenging behaviour
Information about the role:
- Classroom size of 6 - 8 pupils, creating strong relationships with the students with lots of classroom support with 2-3 TA's.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your students
- The role is initially until the January with the potential of being extended to a direct contract.
- Paid to scale and paid weekly and do not use Umbrella companies and use PAYE to process your payment.
