About the Role A London-based studio renowned for delivering technically complex architectural solutions is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional or a qualified architect with strong Revit skills looking to build a career in BIM. In this role, you will support project teams with advanced BIM processes, ensuring consistent quality across diverse and challenging projects. You'll act as a technical lead for BIM modelling, coordination, and troubleshooting, while contributing to innovation and growth within the studio. Key Responsibilities Guide project teams through the BIM process, identifying and implementing new methodologies. Coordinate BIM modelling content, ensure quality control, and manage model exchanges. Troubleshoot and resolve project issues in Autodesk Revit and associated tools. Oversee and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and EIRs. Train employees on BIM applications and processes, fostering skill development. Merge federated models, integrating disciplines across the construction process. Use advanced tools like Navisworks and BIM360 for collaborative project delivery. Liaise with project leads to ensure seamless coordination during design development. Skills and Experience Degree in Architecture or equivalent (BArch preferred). At least 5 years of experience in the architectural or construction industry, ideally experience with data centres. Proven expertise with Revit/BIM 360 and working knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
