* To be confident in assisting in the preparation of the pool bar for breakfast, lunch, and evening dining.
* To confidently take orders and possess menu knowledge to provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
* Take ownership to ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
* Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the pool bar is well kept and ready for guests
* To assist in ensuring that the pool bar is always kept clean and tidy and restocked as and when needed
* Ensure food stays in date in the fridge and is used in the correct date order
* Attend all briefings ensuring that you are fully aware of any special requirements or occasions, VIPs and menu changes
Experience waiting in a restaurant or café environment preferable
* Experience in high standards of face to face customer service
* Knowledge of cash handling and stock control is desirable
* You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
