They are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to support their rapid growth, and are seeking a passionate individual, who is innovative, and ready to make a tangible impact.
The Role
As the Product Manager, you will lead the lifecycle management of our RiverStations® hardware portfolio. You will oversee product R&D, leverage our continuous testing site to validate new systems, and develop robust feedback loops that integrate data, customer insights, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
You will play a critical role in integrating new technologies, optimising product outcomes, and supporting the development of our order management system to streamline operations. This role requires a driven professional with a strong engineering product management background and an appetite for leadership in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. As well as:
* Oversee the lifecycle of the RiverStations® hardware range, ensuring it delivers on performance, reliability, and sustainability goals.
* Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
* Utilise the continuous R&D site to validate new systems, test emerging technologies, and optimise product designs.
* Incorporate product carbon elements into design and lifecycle management, reducing embedded and operational carbon footprints.
* Establish and maintain robust product feedback loops, integrating customer feedback, field performance data, and operational insights into development cycles.
Skills & Experience Required
* Engineering Product Management : 5+ years managing hardware products, preferably in environmental technology or water management sectors.
* Technical Acumen: Expertise in monitoring technologies (ideally water quality), including sensors, telemetry, IoT integration, and networks such as MQTT/M or COAP over UDP.
* Innovation and R&D : Experience leading product development cycles, with a focus on testing, validation, and iterative improvements.
* Customer-Centric Approach : Proven ability to use customer feedback and field data to drive product enhancements and outcomes.
* IoT Network Expertise: Strong understanding of IoT protocols, including MQTT/M and COAP over UDP, and their application in data transmission and real-time monitoring.
* Carbon and Sustainability : Familiarity with carbon performance metrics and sustainability practices in product design.
